We only collect what is needed to take an order, prepare it, and get it to you.

• Orders placed on this website: your name, phone number, the items you ordered, and — for delivery — the address you gave us.
• Orders from delivery platforms: when you order through Uber Eats or DoorDash, that platform sends us the order details, your first name, and a contact method for the order. We do not receive your full payment card details from them at any point.
• Wholesale accounts: the business name, contact name, email and phone you enter when applying for an account.
• Website use: standard server logs (page requested, time, browser type) kept for security and troubleshooting.

Payments

We do not store card numbers. Card payments made on this website are handled by Stripe, which processes the card directly. Orders placed on a delivery platform are paid to that platform under its own terms. We receive only a confirmation that payment succeeded and the last digits of the card for reconciliation.

How we use it

• To prepare, package and hand over or deliver your order.
• To contact you about that order — for example if an item has run out.
• To keep accurate sales and tax records, as the law requires.
• To operate and secure our website and point-of-sale systems.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not send marketing messages unless you have asked us to.

Who we share it with

Only the parties needed to complete your order:

• Delivery platforms (Uber Eats, DoorDash) — for orders placed on them, and to send couriers order status updates.
• Payment processors (Stripe) — to take payment.
• Our software provider (IRONOXA), which hosts the point-of-sale and ordering systems used to run the bakery.
• Authorities, where we are legally required to disclose information.

How long we keep it

Order and payment records are kept for as long as accounting and tax rules require, then deleted or anonymised. Website logs are kept for a short period for security purposes. Wholesale account details are kept while the account is active.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Contact us using the details below and we will respond as quickly as we can.

Children

Our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
